Das ausgekochte Schlitzohr
Burt Reynolds (Bo Darville/"Bandit"),
Sally Field (Carrie/"Frosch"),
Jackie Gleason (Sheriff Buford T. Justice/"Smokey") und
Jerry Reed (Cledus Snow/"Snowman") in einer Kult-Komödie aus dem Jahr 1977.
Bandit ist ein "Held" der Landstraße, der die Herausforderung angenommen hat, eine Ladung Bier in
Texarkana aufzunehmen, hier kann es legal gekauft werden, und es innerhalb
von 28 Stunden nach Atlanta zu schmuggeln, um 80000 Dollar Belohnung zu kassieren.
Neben wilden Verfolgungsjagden und ungezählten, zerstörten (Polizei-)Autos gibt es reichlich witzige
Sprüche und Country-Musik, gesungen von Jerry Reed.
Die DVD ist ein UK-Import, enthält aber Untertitel "English für Hörgeschädigte", falls man nicht
alles versteht. Man kann sich den Film aber auch in der deutschen Syncronisation anhören.
(Ist auf meiner DVD dabei, auch wenn das amazon.de nicht beschreibt.) Es wird viel über CB-Funk
gesprochen und das in Slang, ich habe einige Begriffe hier gesammelt.
